Brian is a Charlotte native. He graduated from Charlotte Latin High School and the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a major in Monetary Economics & Finance and a minor in Math. He joined the Andrew Roby team in May of 2008, and is an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Charlotte. Brian recently earned the designation of Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) from NARI. A UDCP designation proves the remodeling contractor’s superior knowledge, technical comprehension and skill in principles attractive not only to those who wish to age-in-place, but also to families with special needs. A UDCP proves knowledge in how to interview clients with an understanding and consideration of their special needs and the how-to of building these projects. He is also a Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM). CRPMs oversee every aspect of the project including customer satisfaction, personnel management, administration, etc. while working on the project. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Shanna, and four small children, playing soccer and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
