Biography

Jodi was born and raised Grand Forks, ND and comes from a long line of general contractors including her grandfather, father and brother. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Communications & Public Relations. She moved to Charlotte in 2010. Prior to joining the Roby Family of Companies, Jodi was the Sales & Service Coordinator and Business Office Registrar for the Childress Klein and Gateway Village YMCAs. In 2018, she started her career with Roby as the Project Coordinator of our Roby Handyman division. She was quickly promoted to General Manager. Today, she serves as the Director of Project Management for our Andrew Roby, Inc. and Roby Handyman teams. Her primary focus is to train, empower and support our residential construction Project Managers. In her free time, Jodi is a semi-professional exerciser with a concentration in CrossFit and finishing middle of the pack in 5K races.
