Biography

Originally from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Luke grew up surrounded by construction dust and dirt.  Because his father was a builder, Luke got an early start in the industry.  From the age of 14, he has worked in just about every trade including excavation, concrete, roofing, siding, framing, plumbing, tile install and more.  Of all his projects, he’s most proud of the log homes he built alongside his dad. 

Luke joined the Roby Family of Companies in September 2018.  Along with his many years of jobsite experience, Luke also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Science with a concentration in Construction Management.  In November 2021, Luke received the title of “Superintendent of the Year” at NARI of Greater Charlotte’s annual COTY awards.  And in December, he received the title of “Santa” at the company’s annual Christmas party!
