Biography

Travis is a third generation owner of the Roby Family of Companies.  He studied Construction Management and Industrial Technology at East Carolina University before returning to Charlotte in 1997 to begin working for Andrew Roby. In 2003, he became Vice President and Principal Superintendent of the company and earned his Unlimited General Contractor’s Licenses in North and South Carolina. Travis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Andrew Roby and holds Unlimited General Contractor’s Licenses in Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky as well. He is a past Vice Chairman of the Mecklenburg County Building Development Commission where he represented the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Charlotte.
