Overview Awards

This upscale urban townhouse with traditional architecture was built in the early 1980’s and is composed of three stories.  The original floor plan was traditionally laid out with a living room, dining room and kitchen on the main level and two bedrooms with baths and closets on the second and third floors.  On the first floor, the kitchen was opened up to the main living space located at the rear of the home creating a large space for family dining and entertaining.  The front living space was reconfigured into a formal dining room that connects to the kitchen through a new Butler’s Pantry.  On the second floor, we created a new, gracious master suite with ample closet space and an open bath with a large shower.  Bedroom two remained intact and received a new bath and two large closets.  The third floor was opened up to create a new, large rec room. Bedroom three remained intact and a new bath was designed for use by both bedroom three and the new rec room.  Contemporary finishes and a comprehensive lighting design brought new life to this traditional home.
